Ocean Reef Club Booking Information:
The Room Rate is $449 per night (plus 12% tax and see additional fees below)
Premium Two Bedroom Condo with Cart* $1,049.00 premium per day
Three Bedroom Condo with Cart* $1,569.00
PLEASE NOTE: Ocean Reef Club requires all group guests to stay on property either in the Inn or in its
vacation rental program within the ASTMJS room block to gain access through the front gate.
*Subject to a three (3) night minimum length of stay, as designated above
The above rates are taxable at 12.5%. Tax rates are subject to change.
- The Ocean Reef Club requires 72-hour advance notification of any individual requiring special accommodations due to physical disability.
- Ocean Reef Club requires all group guests to stay on property either in the Inn or in its vacation rental program to gain access through the front gate however, all Ocean Reef Members are permitted to allow their non-overnight guests access through the front gate provided they follow proper club protocols
- Ocean Reef Club conference guests who choose to rent accommodations through VRBO, Air B&B or other similar online rental sites not directly authorized or licensed by Ocean Reef Club are not eligible for guest cards and will not have access to any Club facilities.
- Ocean Reef Club is not responsible for any cancelation fees or other charges in relation to such reservations.
- Vacation Rental inventory is based on availability, and there may be circumstances beyond the Club’s control.
There is an Ocean Reef Club fee of $25 plus 7.5% tax and a $15 a day service charge fee to cover gratuities for bellman, housekeepers, pool attendants and van drivers for on property transportation as it is a cashless property.
